I keep hearing about how healthy Whey Protein is and the weight loss benefits. One of my favorite celebrities Brooke Burke raves about how she loves her protein shakes in the morning. Dr Oz says it is a go to for people who tend to carry weight in their legs. Overall, it is a good food for weight management. I am all about anything that keeps me trim and healthy.
There are so many recipes to choose from. I have started with Brooke Burkes recipe and I am going to continue to try new ones. I wanted to try Whey Protein because it is also filling and I am always hungry.

8-10 oz of Coconut Water. ONE is the best!!
Whey Protein one scoop I love Jarrow Formulas Brands.
One cup of frozen mixed berries.
Mix all together in a blender. It is optional to add kale or spinach. Milk or Almond Milk can also replace instead of Coconut Water.
