Tokyo Milk Dark CRUSHED

One of my new favorite fragrances is the Tokyo Milk Dark CRUSHED. I am so fussy with fragrances but this one has a great aroma of; earth moss, crushed herbs, wild grass and Jasmine. 

It comes in a great set called the Crushed Femme Fatale Collection that includes; one eau de parfum, one shea butter hand cream, and one lip elixir. 

This is great for summer for smelling fresh and keeping the skin hydrated.

Loreal New Favorites

I am so excited to try the new Spring 2013 Colors for Loreal Colour Rich Lip Balms and the new Coulour Caresse Wet Shine Stain.

Daves Killer Bread

I have always been very focused on eating healthy and eating tons of vegis and fruits and watching what types of carbs I take in. As I am getting older, I know that nutrition is so important for a long life. I don't normally eat much bread but my new favorite is the Daves Killer Bread. Daves bread is packed with nutrients, its organic, whole grain, vegan, and GMO free. 

I was lucky enough to try five of his breads and they have great flavor and are very tasty. 

Blues Bread has a substantial chewy texture and a bold, sweet flavor with a crunchy, grain-coated crust. 

Power Seed Bread is 100% Whole Grain Power seed, 6 grams of fiber, 500 mg of Omega 3 from flax seeds, and fruit juice instead of sugar. 

Good Seed Bread has 610 mg Omega 3 ALA, 13 g of whole grain per slice, 4 g of fiber per slice, certified organic, Kosher.

21 Whole Grains Bread 16 grains and 5 seeds.

Smashbox Cosmetics Spring/Summer Favorites 2013

I am so ready for Chicago to finally have some nice warm weather. I was just in Southern California last week and I was dreading coming back home if the weather was going to suck!! I found myself while on vacation with such beautiful weather, that I didn't have the need to wear so much makeup. Most days I had a little foundation, mascara, blush and gloss. 

I love peachy-pink cheeks and lips especially for spring/summer. Smashbox Cosmetics makes two of my favorites.

This past week I was in California and I had such an amazing time running around LA and Orange County. I was able to spend time with family and my boyfriend. I could definitely see myself living there some day. The weather is heaven:).
